Each treatment plan is individualized to you and I strive to meet my clients where they are at. You are in the drivers' seat and I am simply the navigator helping you get to where you are trying to go.
Specialization in Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy:
In addition to my counseling background and approach I have also completed over 50 additional hours of continuing education and training in trauma informed hypnotherapy through The Institute for Trauma Informed Hypnosis under Courtney Armstrong, LPC.
I work with a variety of clients from all different walks of life ages 16 and up that struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, trans-generational trauma, ADHD, and relationship issues.
*Coming Soon: EMDRIA Certification*
EMDR or Eye Movement Densitization and Reprocessing is a trauma treatment that utilizes bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or tones to help the brain reprocess and integrate the traumatic memory, reducing its emotional impact. In December of 2025 I will be attending a 5 day intensive training to learn and start the path to becoming EMDRIA (which is the international association affiliated with EMDR training) certified in this process.
